		<description>alright, so i will disagree with Sam some. I think that giving up facebook can be good, if it does make us shift our perspective. If facebook sucks up your brain, time, and soul then keeping myself from indulging allows me to maybe bring other things into a better &quot;perspective&quot;. I think my favorite and most beneficial lent season was giving up music and forcing myself into silence. There is no sense in denial unless it is making space for something else...</description>
